Fishin’

Friends are truly great things. There gifts God gives us through out the stages of life. Tonight I sat under the Tyndall bridge fishing with a good friend. We talked about a lot of stuff related to nothing at all, and then the topic of carriers came up. He is a part-time minister of music as well as an IT guy. Me, I’m a college student (graduate in December) and full-time employee at a local music store. I shared with him how I have been praying about a calling to ministry. I asked him if that came as a surprise and his response was quite simple… “Nope.” So I will continue to pray & wait.

On another note he’s trying to finish school with a degree in programming, has a new born & 2 boys, full & part-time jobs, and a drive to the beach 5 days a week. Pray that God would give him patience and more time to fish. 😉

No… We didn’t catch any. Had a few hits though. Tide was the lowest I have seen in some time.
